From inventing the first multivitamin in the United States in 1915 to powering nutrition for Olympic athletes and usage on the International Space Station, Shaklee has consistently been synonymous with true scientific discovery and innovation.

Landmark Studies
Confident in the philosophy of being in harmony with nature, they twice had their nutritional supplements tested for a measurable impact on human health (Landmark Studies).  Both in 2005 with the University of California Berkeley and 2015 with Tufts University, stunning results were achieved relative to doing nothing at all or taking brand X (which didn't want to be identified).  These are real studies, not the "clinical" results touted by others that would not survive scientific review.

32% lower triglycerides (heart health), 13% lower homocysteine (brain and cognitive health), 36% lower C-reactive protein (long-term biological stress), 32% higher HDL cholesterol (heart health) amongst other results.

  • 2004 Gary Hall, a type-1 diabetic and considered a long-shot to even medal, trains with Shaklee and wins gold in the 50 m freestyle in Athens.  Hall video conferenced with a Shaklee convention that was also going on at the time and publicly thanked Shaklee for his gold medal.  At 29, he became the oldest American male Olympic swimmer to compete since 1924.  We watched the race at the convention – he was last off the blocks but first at the end as well.  Amazing moment to witness and a touching testimonial!

  • 2007 first Landmark study, peer-reviewed and published, yields stunning results that prove that Shaklee has a significant positive impact on human health.  Only company in the world to have independent confirmation by renowned experts.

  • 2016 Astronaut Commander Mark Kelly takes Shaklee Vitalizer during his time on the International Space Station

  • 2018 Nobel-prize winning Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn shows long-term Shaklee users have a 40% lower rate of telomere shortening (indicator of cell aging and her specialty) across the entire adult age range that gets increasingly significant as these adults age.  She projected that an 80 year old Shaklee user has the same telomerase as a healthy non-smoking 41 year old.

  • 2019 second Landmark study shows additional health benefit components that were not examined in the first study.

  • 2020 up to this last set of games, Shaklee involved in a combined total of 146 gold, silver and bronze medals at the Summer and Winter Olympics
